Our Victorian team needs an experienced & driven Business Development Manager to work out of our Tullamarine office.  

Labourforce International is part of a national recruitment group that specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment in the transport, warehousing, logistics, production & manufacturing industries.

The successful candidate will need to be an experienced Business Development Manager who can identify leads, follow up prospects, present proposals and close deals. You will be a self motivated achiever, who possesses initiative, outstanding communication / negotiation skills and professional integrity.  

Knowledge of Industrial awards and OH&S is expected.

As a Business Development Manager you will be well rewarded with an attractive salary package and an uncapped commission structure which allows you to have complete control over how much commission you earn.

You will report directly to the Tullamarine Manager but work hand-in-hand with the operations team and can leverage off your interstate counterparts and national clients.
