Role Description

The duties entail the following:

  • Servicing a number of blue-chip clients
  • Provide great service to both clients and candidates
  • Attend to client requests with efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage client work rosters
  • Interviewing and processing candidates for the clients and candidate pool
  • Account management reporting 

Successful Candidate

To be considered for this role:

  • Have prior experience in a recruitment / HR role or large distribution centre people management role
  • Have commitment to provide efficient and timely service to our clients
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Have a great phone manner, people management skills and conflict resolution skills
