Labourforce are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for our client who is a large 3PL warehouse based in Brendale.
This is a great Opportunity for those who are looking for a Monday to Friday / 38 hour a week position. This is a temp position until February.
About the job:
- Customer service and general admin duties
- Answering emails and phone calls in professional manner
- Data entry and other clerical work as operationally required
- Creating and maintaining various spreadsheets used for recording data
- Working at a FAST paced 3PL warehouse environment
- This a Monday to Friday position 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.
- Brendale location
- Onsite parking available
- Must be available to start ASAP
- Own reliable transport
- Administration experience within the Transport and Logistics industry will be highly regarded but is not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Upbeat and enthusiastic approach
- Professional presentation skills
- A strong & reliable work history
