Our client is currently seeking an experienced Admin Assistants to join their team. This will be an ongoing casual position with part time hours working either a Morning or Afternoon shift.
This is a great Opportunity for those who need flexible working hours on a part time basis.
About the job:
- Customer service and general admin duties
- Answering emails and phone calls in professional manner
- Data entry and other clerical work as operationally required
- Working at a FAST paced environment
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift - 8:00am to 12:00pm
- Afternoon shift - 12:00pm to 4:00pm
- Tingalpa location
About you:
- Must be available to start ASAP
- Be available Monday to Friday
- Own reliable transport
- Administration experience
- Have office management or leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Upbeat and enthusiastic approach
- Professional presentation skills
- A strong & reliable work history
