ADMINISTRATION / CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL ROUNDER - TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS INDUSTRY
Our Client is a National Transport and Logistics company and they currently require an Administration / Customer Service all rounder to join their busy team.
As part of this role you will be responsible for;
- Internal and external customer service
- Sorting of freight discrepancies on the dock
- Manually re palletising and wrapping of pallets
- General administration duties
To be considered for this position you will have;
- Extensive previous knowledge of the transport and logistics industry
- Previous experience in a similar role essential
- Understanding of transport paperwork - consignment notes, run sheets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Goods receivable and dispatch knowledge
- Excellent computing and data entry skills
- Well developed analytical and problems solving skills and ability
- Willingness to work in an operations environment
- C class licence and own transport
All candidates will be required to pass a pre employment medical including instant drug and alcohol testing on the day of interview with us, prior to commencement of the role.
