ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – CONTRACTOR / MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Our client is a Warehouse located in the Welshpool / Kewdale area, and they are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance / Contractor Administrator to join their Engineering team.Part Time - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This is a temporary role at this stage, 3 - 6 months.As part of this role you will be responsible for;Ensure safety requirements are in proposed tendersEnsure contractors undergo inductions and supply evidence of workers comp and public liability coverageReview and ensure that a correct JSEA is provided by contractor prior to commencement of workMaintain a register of site preferred contractorsEnsure systems, building and equipment are repairs to relevant standardsMaintain operational requirements, MHE, racking, socks, refrigeration plant temp monitoring and logs, buildings and groundsPreventative maintenance scheduling and documentation using the MEX software programMaintain communication with contractors and all relevant staff at all timesYou will need the below to be considered for this role;3 -5 years contractor management experienceTrade safety or trade industry experienceExperience with MEX maintenance management software or similarStrong administration and data entry skillsComputer literate, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong interpersonal, communication and rapport building skillsBe flexible, adaptable and have a willingness to learn approachAbility to work autonomously as part of a teamC Class Driver’s Licence and own transportYou will be required to undertake pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing prior to commencement of this role.
