Our client is a cleaning, security and integrated service specialist in the retail shopping centre, commercial property and Commonwealth and State Government sectors. They are currently seeking a roster analyst to join their team in Mount Waverley.
As a roster analyst your role will require you to:
- Become familiar with Ento system and rostering functionality
- Upload operational rosters in Ento per site
- Upload and assign staff to the rosters for review and approval before rosters are published
- Ensure rosters are cost efficient and align to budget
- Ensure rosters are award compliant and aligned to the Cleaning Services Award and Security Services Award 2010.
- Guide and assist the operations managers in smart, cost effective rostering
- Review roster compliance on regular basis
- Assist with budget and compliance reporting
Experience required:
- Proven experience in rostering and using rostering software systems
- High level interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to providing high quality customer service
- Previous experience in award compliant rostering highly desirable
- Good numerical skills
- Reporting capability highly desirable
On Offer is a casual role with full time hours Monday – Friday, which could lead into a more permanent role for the right candidate.
Candidates MUST be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Physical including a Drug & Alcohol test at the time of interview.
