ASAP START FULL TIME ROLECANNING VALE LOCATION  Our client is wholly dedicated to serving the safety sector through maintenance & installation of safety solutions across WA.They are in need of a Bookkeeper starting ASAP for a full time position. Office hours are 9-5.Overview:This role will be responsible for working in the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts function. Including : AR, AP, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, management accounts, & BAS statements.This role will be on a full-time basis and ideal for an individual who enjoys having a degree of autonomy but with a positive team environment.The successful candidate will need to have a strong foundation of accounting and business fundamentals with the ability to think "outside-the-box".ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will need to complete the following tasks in an accurate and timely fashion:Bank, credit card and bank loan reconciliations on a month basis;Ensure all creditor invoices are entered and reconciled back to the supplier statement on a monthly basis;Sending out of monthly debtor statements and follow up of outstanding debtors;Entering and processing of purchase orders including receipting in and costing of goods which will include foreign exchange purchases; andWorking with management and internal accountant to answer specific questions across different areas of the business.Skills & ExperienceThe successful candidate would have had experience working in the finance department of a business which has a high degree of focus on stock management;Bookkeeping and/or accounting qualifications within an ability to receive and provide pro-active feedback; andPreferable to have had experience with MYOB and/or similar finance programs.Successful applicant must be able to pass a pre employment physical including a Drug and Alcohol screening on day of interview.   Australia - WA Perth Fremantle & Southern Suburbs
