Our client is a local Council, and they currently require the services of an experienced Change Advisor to join their team.
As part of this role you will be requireed to work closely with the external change management team for the new Customer Relationship Management System project to ensure that stakeholders are prepared to receive the change (both from a process/technical and a behavioral viewpoint) and recognise the benefits associated with digitalised processes.
To be considered for the Change Advisor role you will have;
- Experience in change management in a large organisation OR as part of a multi-disciplinary, large scale project
- Previous experience managing a technology project from a change viewpoint
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written, with the ability to write engaging copy for diverse audiences including customers, employees and councellors
- Creative/innovative approach to delivering communications
- Strong change leadership skills
- A strong and genuine commitment to the provision of customer service excellence
- Ability to develop positive working relationships and communicate, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
- Exemplary Project Management skills, including planning, organisational and decision making skills with the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to review and analyse data to make recommendations
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, proactive problem solving skills and lead by example to drive change and achieve continuous improvement
Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing prior to commencement of the role.
