Customer Service Officer / Stores Person / Parts Interpreter

Our client based in Kalgoorlie is wholly dedicated to serving the automotive, mining and transport industries with unparalleled supportive service and industry leading light vehicle parts product range.  They are currently looking for a Customer Service/Stores Officer to commence as soon as possible. This is a temporary to permanent, ongoing role.Hours of work are Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 4.30pm.As part of this role you will be required to; Serve walk in customersAnswer customer phone calls and email enquiriesOrder the required parts for customer ordersPick and pack ordersOpen and close the building if requiredAct as Second in Charge when requiredTo be successful in this role you will have;Previous customer service and administration experienceExperience with Automotive Spare/Replcement PartsPrevious stores experience Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareThe right attitude, be willing to learn and be reliable and trustworthyPrevious experience in the Automotive industry desirable but not essentialCurrent LF Forklift Licence is preferred but not essentialAll applicants must be able to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol on the day of interview. They are currently looking for a Customer Service/Stores Officer to commence as soon as possible.

This is a temporary to permanent, ongoing role.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 4.30pm.

As part of this role you will be required to; 

  • Serve walk in customers
  • Answer customer phone calls and email enquiries
  • Order the required parts for customer orders
  • Pick and pack orders
  • Open and close the building if required
  • Act as Second in Charge when required

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Previous customer service and administration experience
  • Experience with Automotive Spare/Replcement Parts
  • Previous stores experience 
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • The right attitude, be willing to learn and be reliable and trustworthy
  • Previous experience in the Automotive industry desirable but not essential
  • Current LF Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential
