Our client, a St Kilda Rd based customs broker, has a need for an experienced cartage administrator to work within their small office based team. This is a fulltime role Monday to Friday to start immediately.
We are seeking someone who can complete the below task:
- invoicing
- liaise with clients to ensure documentation is received in a timely manner
- ensure all customs requirements/paperwork is completed
- liaise with shipping lines
- fulfill timeslot requests
Experience in sea freight is essential and knowledge of Cyber freight advantageous.
