Finance Officer - Local Shire
Our client is a local Shire located in Tom Price, and they currently require an experienced Finance Officer for a short term contract.
As part of this role you will be required to;
- Process invoices and ensure accurate records are kept, including coding
- Maintain supplier database and purchase order systems
- Prepare monthly reports for Management
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of Accounts Payable system
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- Support and assist other roles and complete any other duties as required
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Previous experience in an Accounts role
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication and numeracy skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Computer literate and intermediate skills in MS Office and IT Vision SynergySoft
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving and decision making skills
- Current C class drivers licence
- Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months) or ability to obtain
