Food Processing – Team Leader

Labourforce is currently seeking experienced food production team leaders to become part of a household name and iconic brand. Our client is a fast paced stable company that offers a diverse working environment and prides its self on producing quality products and maintaining high safety standards.Working within a poultry processing division a hands on approach will be needed as we work to further process the product for ingredients. As a leader you will be required to train and motivate the team whilst overseeing the production operation and the day to day running of the shift.
