Our client is a located in Canning Vale and they currently require the services of an experienced HR / Recruitment Officer to join their team.Monday to friday, 38 hours a week, 8.00am to 4.30pm.As part of this role you will be required to;Maintain all employee records using excel spreadsheets and electronic filing Undertake recruitment activities: advertising, phone screening candidates, ref checks, scheduling interviews, labour hire coordination Processing and saving onboarding and new starter paperworkEmployment agreement preparation Sending online induction links to new starters Manage PPE distribution, ordering, stock control and registers Undertake general HSE admin activities Maintain org charts Book medicals for pest management tickets Book training and maintain training booking spreadsheetMaintain training and competency register and ensuring tickets and licenses that are about to expire are chased up. Scanning, emails and general HR, HSE and Recruitment adminTo be considered for this role you will have;Previous experience in Human Resources roleCertificate / Qualification in Human ResourcesExperience in recruitment and selection techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritise work load and excellent time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and quality / results drivenSuccessful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing prior to commencement of the role.   • Sending online induction links to new starters

To be considered for this role you will have;

  • Previous experience in Human Resources role
  • Certificate / Qualification in Human Resources
  • Experience in recruitment and selection techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise work load and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality / results driven

Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing prior to commencement of the role.
