Our client is a located in Canning Vale and they currently require the services of an experienced HR / Recruitment Officer to join their team.
Monday to friday, 38 hours a week, 8.00am to 4.30pm.
As part of this role you will be required to;
- Maintain all employee records using excel spreadsheets and electronic filing
- Undertake recruitment activities: advertising, phone screening candidates, ref checks, scheduling interviews, labour hire coordination
- Processing and saving onboarding and new starter paperwork
- Employment agreement preparation
- Sending online induction links to new starters
- Manage PPE distribution, ordering, stock control and registers
- Undertake general HSE admin activities
- Maintain org charts
- Book medicals for pest management tickets
- Book training and maintain training booking spreadsheet
- Maintain training and competency register and ensuring tickets and licenses that are about to expire are chased up.
- Scanning, emails and general HR, HSE and Recruitment admin
To be considered for this role you will have;
- Previous experience in Human Resources role
- Certificate / Qualification in Human Resources
- Experience in recruitment and selection techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise work load and excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality / results driven
Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing prior to commencement of the role.
