Our client, a Leader in the Cold Storage, Transport and Distribution sector are currently seeking several candidates for Admin/Operations roles.... MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in the Transport/Warehousing Distribution Industry.
Must be available Monday to Friday, Fulltime and part-time roles available.
PALLET CONTROL
You will be responsible for ensuring the administrative and procedural requirements for the transport distribution are met on a daily basis. As a contributing member of the administrative team, you will be involved in mainly pallet reconciliation between our client and their pallet trading partners, suppliers and transport companies.
This role requires you to have strong analytical, computer and communication skills. Experience with 2IC – Pallet Control is preferred but not essential
LOGISTIC ADMINISTRATORS/OPERATIONS CLERK
Duties include but not limited to:
- Liaising with Drivers
- Client Communication
- knowledge of PUD Runs
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Manifesting
- Handling and sorting of paperwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
