Operations Clerk / Customer Service Officer - Cold Stores
Our client is a National Cold Storage Logistics company, and they are currently seeking an Operations Clerk and a Customer Service Officer for their operations. Located over 2 sites in the Welshpool and Canning Vale areas.
These are both temporary to permanent, ongoing positions, that would suit someone who is dynamic and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service at all time
- Data entry
- Goods receivable/dispatch
- Investigating Freight discrepancies
- Manifesting
- Pallet control
- Liaising with Drivers
To be considered for this role you must have the below;
- Previous transport industry experience essential
- Knowledge of and experience in cold store environment preferable
- Ability to read and understand connotes/manifests
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Current c class licence and own reliable transport
