Operations Clerk - Road Transport

Our client is a National Road Transport and Logistics company, and they are currently seeking an Operations Clerk for their Road Transport division.

This is a temporary to permanent, ongoing position, that would suit someone who is dynamic and able to work in a fast paced environment.

As part of this role you will be responsible for;

• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Data entry – inbound/outbound orders
• Goods receivable and dispatch
• Debrief - Collect and check driver paperwork each day
• Driver Paperwork
• Manifesting

To be considered for this role you must have the below;

• Previous transport industry experience
• Ability to understand transport terminology
• Ability to read con and understand con notes
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current c class licence and own reliable transport
