PLANT OPERATOR – MULTI SKILLED – LOCAL COUNCILS

We currently have positions available with local Councils - North and South of the river for Multi Skilled Plant operators for road maintenance, drainage and capital works construction.The North of the river contract is until the 31st March 2020.  South of the River contract is until 30th June 2020To be considered you must haveCurrent HR LicenseWhite CardDogman Certificate Experience and licenses for various plant:  Excavator, Front End Loader, Tip Truck, Water Cart, Roller, Bobcat, Road SweepersExperience in the construction and maintenance of road and drainage worksExperience in the construction of capital works projectsAbility to work in a team environmentBasic Traffic Management CertificateTraffic Controller qualificationsCommercial Vehicle Fitness to Drive Assessment (or willing to obtain before commencing)The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre employment physical including a drug and alcohol screen Australia - WA Perth Northern Suburbs & Joondalup

To be considered you must have

  • Current HR License
  • White Card
  • Dogman Certificate 
  • Experience and licenses for various plant:  Excavator, Front End Loader, Tip Truck, Water Cart, Roller, Bobcat, Road Sweepers
  • Experience in the construction and maintenance of road and drainage works
  • Experience in the construction of capital works projects
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic Traffic Management Certificate
  • Traffic Controller qualifications
  • Commercial Vehicle Fitness to Drive Assessment (or willing to obtain before commencing)
