Role Description

You will be required, but not limited to the following duties:

  • Answering mainline phone calls, with the understanding the customer service is of the utmost importance
  • Pending your experience, you will be provided with companies to which you will account manage
  • Attend to your clients requests with efficiency and accuracy
  • Interviewing and processing of candidates for clients, and your candidate pool
  • Data entry of candidate files and reporting for clients where necessary
  • Other office duties as required

 

Successful candidate

To be considered for this role you will need to:

  • Available 5 days a week, and able to do overtime if necessary – flexibility is key within recruitment
  • A commitment to providing efficient service to our clients, as well as being respectful and appreciative of our casual staff
  • Have good clear phone manner
  • Work well in a team environment
