An exciting opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Resourcer/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant within our established Smithfield office.

you can expect your days to include the following duties :

* Reviewing potential candidate applications

* Placing advertisments

* Conducting Reference Checks

* Screening and conducting candidate interviews

* Updating current databases

* Formatting potential resumes for clients

* Answering & directing phone calls

* Supporting the recruitment team

* General Administration Skills

Successful applicants must have the ability to work autonomously, within a National Team, be self motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, be able to think outside the square to solve a challenge, however the key to your success will be your exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Full training on our in-house systems and processes will be provided to the successful candidate.
