Labourforce has multiple temp to perm roles based in Carole Park for our client who are looking to join a steel blind manufacturer. You will be trained on the whole process, starting as a tool hand assisting skilled laborers and on the job training. This is a busy factory with solid contracts and stable work for reliable employees.What we are looking for in a candidate:Fit and healthy Car and LicenseCan pass Drug and Medical testingDuties will include:Reading drawingsFeeding folding machines with steelUsing hand a power toolsAssembling shutter and blinds General Factory workThese are Monday to Friday, day shift hours 7am to 3:30pm and you will receive 38+ hours per week. If you are an experienced factory hand or have experience with machine operation or are looking to enter the industry apply. What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Can pass Drug and Medical testing
Duties will include:
  • Reading drawings
  • Feeding folding machines with steel
  • Using hand a power tools
  • Assembling shutter and blinds 
  • General Factory work
