Transport / Operations Coordinator

Partnering with our client located in Acacia Ridge. The purpose of the role is to assist the transport office with every facet of transport operations. This is to be achieved by building and maintaining effective relationships with trading partners and internal stake holders and high quality and accurate data entry.Responsibilities and tasksDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and trading partners,Coordinate and account for, and control pallet movement across entry and exit points,Ensure data entered into system is timely and accurate and consistent with trading partner terms and conditions,Investigate and manage any variances and escalate in a timely manner,Coordinate scheduled pallet stock takes and report on outcomes,Flexibility to work across partner warehouse locations.Skills and attributesHigh attention to detail and accuracy whilst maintain high rate of data entry,Strong written and interpersonal skills,Strong problem solving skills,Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders,Intermediate level of competency in MS Excel,Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision within a small team,Good understanding of refrigerated warehouse and transport operations desirable.Please note: All applicants will be required to complete and PASS a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug and Alcohol Screening.Interviews are held at our Archerfield branch.*Our consultants will review all applications and contact successful candidates for an interview* Australia - QLD Brisbane Western Suburbs & Ipswich
