Our client, a global leader within the cold storage supply chain industry currently has positions available for warehouse administrators to start immediately.  The role will encompass but not be limited to the below;Accurately record vehicle movement details, incl. arrival and departure times, load weights etc. into the site TMS and other management systems. Generate pallet docketsRelease orders, cancel orders and collate invoicesCheck and reconcile outbound paperwork, reporting any discrepancies Liaise with customers respectfully and in a professional manner. Input data in a timely and accurate manner into the WMS and TMS and any other computerised management system Manage driver hours on site as per the COR process. other administration and related dutiesQualifications and ExperienceESSENTIALStrong customer service, problem solving and influencing skillsStrong data entry skillsCompetent mathematical skillsStrong attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsPREFERRED2 years’ plus experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics/transport industryStrong time management and organisational skillsStrong IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS)Experience and understanding of transport operations and clerical support deliveryWe currently have 3 x day shift positions available starting at 6am and 1 x afternoon shift role starting at 2.30pm.To become part of the integral team of this leader in global logistics apply now as these positions wont be available for long! Our client, a global leader within the cold storage supply chain industry currently has positions available for warehouse administrators to start immediately.  

The role will encompass but not be limited to the below;

  • Accurately record vehicle movement details, incl. arrival and departure times, load weights etc. into the site TMS and other management systems. 
  • Generate pallet dockets
  • Release orders, cancel orders and collate invoices
  • Check and reconcile outbound paperwork, reporting any discrepancies 
  • Liaise with customers respectfully and in a professional manner. 
  • Input data in a timely and accurate manner into the WMS and TMS and any other computerised management system 
  • Manage driver hours on site as per the COR process.

Qualifications and Experience

ESSENTIAL

  • Strong customer service, problem solving and influencing skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Competent mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED

  • 2 years’ plus experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics/transport industry
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS)

Experience and understanding of transport operations and clerical support delivery

We currently have 3 x day shift positions available starting at 6am and 1 x afternoon shift role starting at 2.30pm.
