The Role: We’re looking for an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on:

 

•      Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
•      Onsite management of candidates and contract employees
•        Managing rosters & performance KPIs.
•      Emphasizing Work Health Safety (WHS).
•      Daily/weekly toolbox talks with contractors.
•      Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer relationship skills.
•      Recruitment and selection, plus general administrative duties.

 

Requirements:

•      Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
•      Friendly, outgoing personality.
•      Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
•      Strong understanding of WHS policies.
•      Self-motivated, Exp multitasking & customer management skills.
•      Flexibility in working hours.
