Administrator & Customer Service Officer

Our valued client is a provider of premium logistics and transportation services, primarily within the healthcare and food research industries. We are currently seeking an administrator with a strong customer service focus to provide logistical support to the operations team. Duties include:

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Liaising with drivers - collecting run-sheets and collating paperwork
  • Data entry into their systems
  • Booking deliveries to clients across Melbourne
  • Labelling shipments for air transport
  • Responding to incoming phone and email enquiries
  • Additional support to Operations team as required


To be successful for this role:

  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Experience in a similar role preferably within Logistics/ Transport industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills - proficient in using MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work load
