Our valued client is a provider of premium logistics and transportation services, primarily within the healthcare and food research industries. We are currently seeking an administrator with a strong customer service focus to provide logistical support to the operations team. This role is a full-time opportunity; you will be working Monday to Friday office hours.
Duties include:
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Liaising with drivers - collecting run-sheets and collating paperwork
- Data entry into their systems
- Booking deliveries to clients across Melbourne
- Labelling shipments for air transport
- Responding to incoming phone and email enquiries
- Additional support to Operations team as required
To be successful for this role:
- Strong customer service abilities
- Experience in a similar role preferably within Logistics/ Transport industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills - proficient in using MS Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work load
