CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
Our client a leading privately owned Landscaping company requires a Contracts Administrator to facilitate the end to end process for administration of contracts
To be considered you must have:
- 3 years plus experience as a contracts administrator. Within the landscape construction industry environment - highly desirable
- a good understanding of contract and commercial issues with strong problem solving, conflict resolution and decision making skills
- excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively against competing deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships and communicate effectively with people at all levels
- sound numeracy and literacy skills
- strong electronic and hard copy records management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge with experience in Microsoft office suite
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Contract Management (highly desirable)
- Cert IV or Higher Building and Construction (contracts administration)
- strong understanding of Australian standards and contract law
TICKETS AND LICENSES:
- Drivers License
- National Police clearance
