CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - CONTACT CENTRE
Our client, a Local Council North of the River requires the Services of experienced customer contact officer for their busy inquiry/call centre.
- Start ASAP - 20th January, 2020.
- Monday - Wednesday 9am-5pm.
To be considered you must have following:
- Demonstrated experience in a call centre/customer service role.
- Experience responding to customer enquirers either by phone or in writing.
- Following procedures and work flow set out.
- Experience within a call centre environment.
- C Class Drivers License
- Current National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
Successful candidates must be able to pass a pre employment physical and drug and alcohol screening
