Due to growth, an opportunity exists for a National Account Manager to join our experienced team based in Wetherill Park. You will have the exciting opportunity to drive growth and shape the future of recruitment delivery to Labourforce's largest clients as well as develop your own.You will possess both the business acumen to drive engagement at a senior level - as well as consultative sales skills and expertise to influence middle managers, end users, internal operations and other key stakeholders.      Responsibilities:Manage and achieve a growth budget target for designated and new clientsMaintain and drive account direction and recruitment strategyCollaborate with colleagues across the Labourforce Business to develop and execute key account plans to deliver value for our customersNurture customer relationships to support the delivery of innovative recruitment solutionsCreate compelling value propositions around enterprise services that achieve account revenue/gp growth and profitabilityThe successful candidate will need to possess:Minimum 5 years National Key account management and Head office level sales experienceExperience managing large client accounts - ideally within the recruitment industryA successful strategic mindsetDemonstrable business development skillsAbility to provide, implement and continuously improve complex solutions and for clientsAbility to build relationships with high level stakeholdersProven ability in driving activity through recruitment teamsProficient in the use Word, Excel and PowerPoint for reportingReporting to the General Manager Sales ANZ, you will market our recruitment services that penetrates all areas within the client's organisation.
