Our trusted client is a well-established global facility that distributes goods for the brands you love and use! We are currently seeking enthusiastic customer focused Transport Administration Officers to join the team located in Erskine Park.
- DAY SHIFT – MON-FRI - 6am – 2:00pm
Duties include:
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Liaising with drivers - collecting run-sheets and collating paperwork
- Data entry into the WMS system
- Arrange bookings for inbound and outbound containers
- Generate pallet dockets
- Check and reconcile outbound paperwork
- General duties as required
To be successful for this role:
- Strong customer service abilities
- Experience using SAP
- Experience in a similar role within Logistics/ Transport industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills - proficient in using MS Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load
